Where do I get my bill?

Your bill will come to the mailing address on your account.  You can also create an online account on our website.  Simply create an account using your statement number and you will be able to download and/or pay your monthly statement.

Can I send someone to make a payment for me?

Yes you can. To make payment as quick and easy as possible, please provide the person making your payment with the following information:

  • The name of the account holder
  • The account number
  • Your billing telephone number
  • A copy of your bill

How can I pay my Bill

We are now able to accept bill payments in person, by phone or through our website. Please make sure you have a copy of your bill or statement number on-hand when making a payment.




  • Call 340-779-9999 for our convenient automated bill-pay system at (select #1 at the prompt)
  • Call-In payments must be made by credit card.


  • First set-up an on-line account using your statement number here.
  • Log-on to your account any time under the MY ACCOUNT tab on our home page.
  • Select the statement you would like to pay from the drop down menu.
  • Select ‘Pay Bill’ from the menu bar.
  • On-line payments must be made by credit card.
