Innovative Announces Holiday Hours
St. Croix, St. Thomas and St. John, USVI – December 22, 2014– The management and staff of
Innovative extend Holiday Greetings to the people of the U.S. Virgin Islands and announce the
Holiday schedule for the business centers and retail stores.
Innovative’s Business Centers, which include the customer care departments for Innovative
Telephone, Innovative Cable TV and Innovative Long Distance, and Innovative Wireless Store at
Starfish Market Place on St. John will be closed on the following days: Thursday, December 25,
2014; Friday, December 26, 2014; Saturday, December 27, 2014; Thursday, January 1, 2015;
Friday, January 2, 2015 and Saturday, January 3, 2015.
The Innovative Business Offices are located at Estate Diamond on St. Croix; Tutu Park Mall on
St. Thomas and Starfish Market Place on St. John. The Innovative Wireless locations at Estate
Diamond and Plaza Extra West on St. Croix; Tutu Park and Lockhart Gardens Mall on St. Thomas
will be open for business on Friday, December 26, 2014 and Friday, January 2, 2015. The
Wireless Stores will be closed on Thursday, December 25, 2014; Saturday, December 27, 2014;
Thursday, January 1, 2015 and Saturday, January 3, 2015.
For cable TV or phone repairs, Innovative customers calling from landlines should dial 912. The
hours of operation are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. from Monday through Friday and on Saturdays,
Sundays and holidays from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
