Innovative Experiences Major Service Disruption Caused By Damaged Fiber

St. Thomas, St. John and St. Croix, USVI- December 24, 2014– Innovative customers on the island of
St. Croix are experiencing a major outage due to damages to the Company’s underground
infrastructure caused by Water and Power Authority (WAPA).

Nauzer Mistry, Vice President of Engineering and Network Operations stated, “This morning Innovative
was made aware that one of WAPA’s crews working near the entrance of Tide Village damaged an
underground fiber optic cable. As a result of this damage to Innovative’s facilities, many business and
residential customers have lost all services to include telephone, wireless, internet and cable television
services.”

Services are being restored to customers as paths are fixed and/or alternate routes are made available
until the fiber is repaired. Innovative Technical and Engineering crews are on-site and will work
tirelessly until service is fully restored to all areas affected.

Innovative apologizes for any inconvenience this may cause its customers.
