Innovative Announces Scheduled Service Interruptions

St. Croix, St. Thomas and St. John, USVI- February 10, 2015– Innovative announces scheduled service
interruptions that will begin during the morning of Wednesday, February 11, 2015, between the hours
of 1:30 a.m. and 5:30 a.m. Services affected by this outage will include residential customer landlines
and internet.

Innovative Companies are in the process of maintaining and upgrading its equipment as a means to
provide optimum service to its customers. All upgrades will be done during the scheduled hours of 1:30
a.m. to 5:30 a.m. to minimize service disruptions.


Nauzer Mistry, Vice President of Engineering and Operations stated, “Innovative is in the process of
upgrading their Cable Modem Termination System (CMTS), to be able to support DOCSIS 3.0 version of
software. Once upgraded, customers with DOCSIS 3.0 capable modems should see an improved
quality of service. These upgrades will also prepare Innovative to offer higher speeds to residential
customers in the near future. The upgrades are planned by hub locations, and will be done in St.
Thomas, followed by St. John and St. Croix thereafter. Residential customers supported by the system
being upgraded would see a disruption of service during the maintenance window.”


Innovative apologizes for any inconvenience that these service interruptions may cause its customers.

of operation are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. from Monday through Friday and on Saturdays, Sundays and
holidays from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
