Innovative Announces Christiansted EVO Service Interruptions

St. Croix, St. Thomas and St. John, USVI- March 11, 2015– Innovative customers in the Christiansted,
St. Croix area who have already been converted to the EVO network experienced an outage early this
morning.

This service interruption affected all services including telephone, cable TV and Internet. The
Innovative Engineering team worked tirelessly to rectify the problem and restore service to all
customers with the exception of customers in Boetzberg and Eliza Retreat. The team will continue to
work diligently until all services in the aforementioned areas are fully restored to working order.


Innovative apologizes for any inconvenience that these service interruptions may cause its customers.
For cable TV or phone repairs, Innovative customers calling from landlines should dial 912. The hours
of operation are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. from Monday through Friday and on Saturdays, Sundays and
holidays from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
