Innovative Introduces New Low-Cost Internet Service For Lifeline Customers

St. Thomas, St. John and St. Croix, USVI – March 26, 2015– Innovative announces an exclusive offer
for pre-qualified lifeline customers offering up to 1.0 Mbps High Speed Internet service at the low cost
of $15.00 per month. In addition to the unbeatable low monthly cost, Innovative will waive the
installation fee.

Current Lifeline participants now have the opportunity to sign up for reliable hard-wired internet
service with no limits on data at an extremely low cost. To qualify for this offer, the consumer must be
an Innovative Telephone customer and a certified Lifeline recipient. Discounted Internet is not a
federally mandated program and, therefore, bears no direct association to Lifeline. Lifeline recipients

Innovative Telephone, in conjunction with the Virgin Islands Public Services Commission and the
Federal Communications Commission, provides the Lifeline program that reduces the cost of basic
wireline telephone service. Lifeline is a supported, non-transferrable, government assistance program
only available to eligible consumers who meet certain income criteria and federal requirements.


To be eligible for Lifeline, the consumer must be a U.S. Citizen or a permanent resident of the U.S.
Virgin Islands to meet eligibility criteria established by federal and local regulators. Consumers who
qualify for participation in the Lifeline Program will receive a credit on their local monthly wireline
telephone and now, Internet bill.


The Virgin Islands Department of Human Services is the only agency that can certify subscribers’
eligibility to participate in the Lifeline program at Innovative. Prospective participants must complete
an application provided by the Department of Human Services and provide the requisite identification
