Innovative Cable TV St. Croix Apologizes For Pay-Per-View Delay

St. Thomas, St. John and St. Croix, USVI – May 3, 2015–Innovative Cable TV St. Croix experienced a

delay in the airing of the Mayweather vs. Pacquiao Pay-Per View boxing event on Saturday, May 2,

2015. While St. Thomas subscribers received the fight without incident, there were technical issues on

St. Croix, which temporarily prevented customers from gaining access to the event.


Graciela Rivera, Vice President of Cable TV Services stated, “In preparation for this highly anticipated

event, Innovative’s Business Office and technical teams were on site to ensure that there were no

issues. As soon as we realized that there was a delay on St. Croix, our technical team worked diligently

to ensure that our customers would be able to see the most exciting fight of the century. Our team was

able to restore the signal in time for the main event.”


“We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience that this delay caused our customers and we will be

contacting our St. Croix subscribers who were affected in an adverse manner,” concluded Rivera.
