Innovative Launches Pay By Phone Service

St. Croix, St. Thomas and St. John, USVI- May 20, 2015 – Innovative continues to work towards providing optimum service to its customers. As part of its goals to improve its Customer Experience, Innovative is proud to announce the launch of automated Pay-By-Phone service. This service is its newest payment option for customers to pay their Innovative bills.

Debra Thomas-Smith, Vice President of Customer Care stated, "The automated Pay-By-Phone service is available 24 hours a day and can be accessed from anywhere in the world. If a service is disconnected for non-payment, service is automatically reconnected when the past-due balance is paid in full. To utilize this payment option customers should call 774-2PAY (774-2729)."


Innovative also provides the following payment options in addition to the Pay-By Phone service:


1. Online payment on the Innovative website,, (First time users will need to create an account)


2. Automatic Credit Card Billing (Customer’s credit card will be automatically debited each month)


3. Customers may make payments at Banco Popular, First Bank, Scotia Bank and Bank of St. Croix branches.
