Innovatives’ Service Disrupted Due To Damaged Cable

St. Croix, St. Thomas and St. John, USVI- June 1, 2015– Innovative customers in the downtown area of

St. Thomas experienced an outage stemming from gunfire. The outage occurred today, June 1, 2015,

during the early morning hours.

This service interruption affected all services including telephone, cable TV and internet. Business and

residential customers in the area of Garden Street, Long Path and the Northern and Southern side of

Mainstreet and Backstreet were affected. The Innovative Construction team repaired cable that was

damaged by bullet holes early in the morning and service was restored at 11:00 a.m.

Innovative apologizes for any inconvenience that these service interruptions may have caused its

customers.

 

For cable TV or phone repairs, Innovative customers are encouraged to report a service problem online

Us” and submit a help ticket. Innovative customers calling from landlines should dial 912. The hours of

operation are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. from Monday through Friday and on Saturdays, Sundays and

holidays from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Customers who wish to make a payment by credit or debit card

with a logo may call 340-774-2PAY (2729).
