Innovative Announces Scheduled Weekend Service Interruptions

 

St. Croix, St. Thomas and St. John, USVI- June 12, 2015– Innovative announces scheduled service

interruptions that will begin on Saturday, June 13, 2015 from 9:00 p.m. to Sunday, June 14, 2015 at

9:00 a.m. Services affected during this maintenance window will include Innovative’s telephone online

web payment and Pay By Phone systems and the ability to order Pay Per View. All upgrades will be

done during the aforementioned hours.

 

Debra Thomas-Smith, Vice President of Customer Care stated, “Innovative Companies are in the

process of maintaining and upgrading its software as a means to provide optimum service to its

customers. These enhancements to our billing and subscriber management software will significantly

improve Customer Care processes. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience that these service

interruptions may cause our customers.”

 

For cable TV or phone repairs, Innovative customers calling from landlines should dial 912. The hours

of operation are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. from Monday through Friday and on Saturdays, Sundays and

holidays from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
