Innovative Announces Scheduled Service Interruptions
St. Thomas, St. John and St. Croix, USVI – October 16, 2015–Innovative, the leading
telecommunications provider in the U.S. Virgin Islands, announces scheduled maintenance upgrades
that may lead to service interruptions commencing on Saturday, October 17, 2015 at 5:00 p.m. and
continuing through Sunday, October 18, 2015 at 9:00 a.m. Services affected during this maintenance
window include: Innovative’s telephone online web payment system, the Pay-By-Phone system and
the Pay-Per-View system.
Debra Thomas-Smith, Vice President of Customer Care stated, “Innovative Companies are in the
process of upgrading the software used to support our convenient, interactive systems that give
customers greater flexibility to manage their own accounts. These enhancements to our billing and
subscriber management software will significantly improve Customer Care processes. We sincerely
apologize for any inconvenience that these interruptions may cause our customers.”
For cable TV or phone repairs, Innovative customers calling from landlines should dial 912. The hours
of operation are 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. from Monday through Friday and on Saturdays, Sundays and
holidays from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
