Innovative Announces New Payment Procedures

St. Thomas, St. John and St. Croix, USVI – October 27, 2015– Innovative, the leading

telecommunications provider in the U.S. Virgin Islands, announces that effective Saturday, November

14, 2015, the Innovative Business Office will no longer accept and process payments at the cashier’s

window. There are a number of other payments options available to our customers:

• PAY-BY-PHONE

- This is a payment method that is free, easy to use, saves time and offers

convenience. Accessing Pay-by-Phone is easy. Customers should have their 13-digit statement number

& credit card or debit card with logo to make payment. Call 774-2PAY (2729) 24 hours a day from

anywhere in the world. It’s that simple!

 

• PAY ON-LINE

- Visit us at www.innovative.vi and Click “Pay My Bill”. Customers who are new to the

on-line service will be prompted to create an on-line account. Existing customers will be asked to login

and then enjoy the privacy and convenience of free on-line Bill Pay service.

 

With Pay-by-Phone and on-line Bill Pay services, you may set up a system in which monthly payments

can be debited on a recurring basis. You may also take advantage of other added benefits. If a service is

disconnected for non-payment, you can pay the past due balance in full, and service is automatically

reconnected. We invite you to try this new service. It’s really easy!

 

• PAY AT THE BANKS

- Pay at any Banco Popular, Firstbank or Scotiabank branch in the territory.

Customers opting to pay at the bank who are in receipt of late notices are encouraged to pay their bill

three days prior to the due date listed on the late notice.

 

• PAY BY MAIL

- Mail the payment to the address indicated on the statement stub.

ways of simplifying our customers’ experience. In March of 2015 we launched our 24 hour IVR Pay by

Phone service. We are excited that these enhancements will give our customers greater flexibility. In

the near future we will be rolling out other exciting payment and service options, specifically recurring

direct debit, electronic check and e-Billing. Our aim is to provide as many easy payment options to our

customers as we can.”

 

For cable TV or phone repairs, Innovative customers calling from landlines should dial 912. The hours

of operation are 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. from Monday through Friday and on Saturdays, Sundays and

holidays from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
