November 14, 2015, the Innovative Business Office will no longer accept and process payments at the

cashier’s window. Listed below are a number of other payments options available to our customers:

• PAY-BY-PHONE - This is a payment method that is free, easy to use, saves time and offers

convenience. Accessing Pay-by-Phone is easy. Customers should have their 13-digit statement number

and credit card or debit card with logo to make payment. Call (340) 774-2PAY (2729) 24 hours a day

from anywhere in the world. It’s that simple!


• PAY ON-LINE - Visit us at and Click “Pay My Bill”. Customers who are new to the

on-line service will be prompted to create an on-line account. Existing customers will be asked to login.

Then enjoy the privacy and convenience of free on-line Bill Pay service.


With Pay-by-Phone and on-line Bill Pay services, you may set up a system in which monthly payments

can be debited on a recurring basis. You may also take advantage of other added benefits. If a service is

disconnected for non-payment, you can pay the past due balance in full, and service is automatically

reconnected. We invite you to try this new service. It’s really easy!


• PAY USING AUTOMATIC BILL-OUT – Save time by having your monthly bills automatically charged to

your credit card. No hassles, no standing in lines, no late fees and no service disconnections.


• PAY AT THE BANKS - Pay at any Banco Popular, FirstBank, Scotiabank or Bank of St. Croix branch in

the territory. Customers opting to pay at the bank who are in receipt of late notices are encouraged to

pay their bill three days prior to the due date listed on the late notice.


• PAY BY MAIL- Mail the payment to the address indicated on the statement stub.


• PAY BY PAYMENT DROP-BOX- Customers may continue to use our payment drop box to drop off

checks for payment. The payment drop box can be found along the outside wall of each business office

locations: Tutu Park on St. Thomas, the Marketplace on St. John and Sunny Isle on St. Croix.
