Innovative Announces Abbreviated Hours At St. John Business Office On December
St. Croix, St. Thomas and St. John, USVI- December 2, 2015 – The management and staff of Innovative
Companies would like to inform the public of abbreviated operating hours on Friday, December 4, 2015 at its St.
John Business Office located at the Marketplace.
Debra Thomas-Smith, Vice President of Customer Care stated, “To accommodate a meeting with Innovative
staff, our St. John Business Office will open at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, December 4th. Our Business Office locations
at Tutu Park on St. Thomas and Sunny Isle on St. Croix will hold normal business hours. We would also like to
remind our customers of our Holiday Customer Celebration event at the St. John Business Office between the
hours of 12:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m. of that same day. Please attend and invite a friend as we celebrate your
patronage and share in the holiday cheer.”
Innovative apologizes for any inconvenience caused by the adjusted opening hours.
Customers who wish to make a payment by credit or debit card with a logo may call 340-774-2PAY (2729). The
service is available 24 hours a day and can be accessed from anywhere in the world. Services disconnected for
non-payment will be automatically reconnected when the past-due balance is paid in full.
For cable TV or phone repairs, Innovative customers calling from landlines should dial 912. The hours of
operation are 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. from Monday through Friday and on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays from
8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
