Innovative Announces Holiday Hours

 

St. Croix, St. Thomas and St. John, USVI – December 18, 2015–Innovative, the leading

telecommunications provider in the Territory, extends Holiday Greetings to the people of the

U.S. Virgin Islands and announces the Holiday schedule for the business centers and retail

stores.

Innovative’s Business Centers, which include the customer care departments for Innovative

Telephone, Innovative Cable TV and Innovative Long Distance, and Innovative Wireless Retail

Stores will be closed on the following days: Thursday, December 24, 2015; Friday, December 25,

2015; Saturday, December 26, 2015; Friday, January 1, 2016, Saturday, January 2, 2016 and

Monday, January 4, 2016.

 

The Innovative Business Offices are located at Estate Diamond on St. Croix; Tutu Park Mall on

St. Thomas and Starfish Market Place on St. John. The Innovative Wireless locations at Estate

Diamond and Plaza Extra West on St. Croix; Tutu Park on St. Thomas and the Marketplace on St.

John will be open for business on Thursday, December 24, 2015 from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

The Wireless Stores will be closed on Friday, December 25, 2015; Saturday, December 26, 2015;

Friday, January 1, 2016; Saturday, January 2, 2016 and Monday, January 4, 2016.

 

Customers experiencing interruptions of their landline or internet service are encouraged to

use the information provided below to call the Innovative Repairs department for assistance.

For cable TV or phone repairs, Innovative customers calling from landlines should dial 912. The

hours of operation are 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. from Monday through Friday and on Saturdays,

Sundays and holidays from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Customers utilizing wireless phones can reach
