Innovative Announces New Payment Procedure- Recurring Direct Debit
St. Thomas, St. John and St. Croix, USVI – March 16, 2016– Innovative, the leading telecommunications provider in the U.S. Virgin Islands, introduces Recurring Direct Debit, its newest payment option. Recurring Direct Debit service allows customers to automatically pay their Innovative bills each month by debiting their checking or savings account.
Debra Thomas-Smith, Vice President of Customer Care, stated “Once customers complete the one-time set up to automatically pay their bill each month, they will save time and they no longer have to worry about when their payment is due, late fees or service interruption. Recurring Direct Debit service may be accessed through the Interactive Voice Recorder (IVR), Pay-by-Phone automated service or on-line via Innovative’s web site.”
Other quick and simple payment options include: Pay-by-Phone service, which is accessed by calling 340-774-2PAY (774-2729) or visiting www.innovative.vi and clicking “Pay My Bill”. Pay-By-Phone service is available 24 hours a day and may be accessed from anywhere in the world. If a service is disconnected for non-payment, service is automatically reconnected when the past due balance is paid in full. Customers will enjoy the privacy and convenience these payment choices offer.
Innovative continues to work with local major banks to improve how payments are accepted. Currently customers who pay their Innovative bills at FirstBank may make partial payments. Customers may also present a delinquent notice with the payment stub to the bank when making a payment. Customers should be reminded that failure to pay the past due balance in full may lead to service interruption. Innovative is working to ensure these options are available soon at Banco Popular and ScotiaBank branches.
Smith concluded, “Innovative’s aim is to provide easy payment options to simplify our customers’ experience.”
