Innovative Announces Scheduled Service Interruptions

St. Thomas, St. John and St. Croix, USVI – April 15, 2016– Innovative, the leading telecommunications provider in the U.S. Virgin Islands, announces scheduled maintenance upgrades that will cause service interruptions commencing on Saturday, April 16, 2016 from 11:30 p.m. and continuing through 9:00 a.m. on Sunday, April 17, 2016.

 

Services affected during this maintenance window include: Innovative’s telephone online web payment system, Pay-By-Phone systems and the Pay-Per-View system.


Debra Thomas-Smith, Vice President of Customer Care stated, “Innovative Companies are in the process of upgrading the software used to support our convenient, interactive systems that give customers greater flexibility to manage their own accounts. These enhancements to our billing and subscriber management software will significantly improve Customer Care processes. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience that these interruptions may cause our customers.”


For cable TV or phone repairs, Innovative customers calling from landlines should dial 912. The hours of operation are 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. from Monday through Friday and on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
